KNS has pre-defined project templates complete with resource utilization for most common system tasks.

The base of the relationship KNS has with our members is the System Evaluation we perform right from the start. That initial time is a crucial point because it gives us a chance to know our member and their business as well as an introduction to the systems they operate.

Our evaluation report includes a complete inventory of all system components with locations including software, network, and phone services. More importantly, it documents the system workflow and identifies any failure points and the impact they may have.

We use the analysis as a starting point to bring the systems to a healthy state while making it faster, more secure, and easier to use and support.

The KNS evaluation has become a fairly popular tool, and while we provide it with all our support plans we now offer it as an independent service as well.

In addition to our support plans, a large part of our outsourcing solution is staffing. We regularly provide long or short term staff for full and part-time positions. And if we do not have the desired skill set, we will go to the market place and find it through our recruiting service.
